Your role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Supplement Compliance Lead to join our New Zealand-based team and support the expansion of our newly established supplement business.

Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager – ANZ, you will manage end-to-end regulatory compliance and quality assurance across the supplement product portfolio, ensuring product safety, efficacy and compliance across domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory compliance requirements for TGA, FSANZ, ACCC, and other relevant supplement regulations.
• Support regulatory submissions, including TGA listings and documentation for international markets.
• Monitor regulatory changes and risks, updating internal standards and regulatory frameworks accordingly.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with a2MC’s supplement quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant product communication and claims substantiation.
