As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Supplement Compliance Lead to join our New Zealand-based team and support the expansion of our newly established supplement business.

Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager – ANZ, you will manage end-to-end regulatory compliance and quality assurance across the supplement product portfolio, ensuring product safety, efficacy and compliance across domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities

Manage regulatory compliance requirements for TGA, FSANZ, ACCC, and other relevant supplement regulations.

Support regulatory submissions, including TGA listings and documentation for international markets.

Monitor regulatory changes and risks, updating internal standards and regulatory frameworks accordingly.

Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with a2MC's supplement quality and safety standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant product communication and claims substantiation.

Qualifications

3–5 years' experience in regulatory compliance within the supplement, nutraceutical, or FMCG sectors.

Strong knowledge of TGA and FSANZ regulations, with exposure to China / global frameworks an advantage.

Experience preparing and managing regulatory submissions and communicating with authorities.

Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor compliance.

A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
