Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Auckland. The role involves managing and resolving commercial litigation and dispute cases. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of lawyers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

3-5 years PQE

• Experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
