Overview
Big Rock Toyota are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team.
As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check-in through to vehicle collection.
Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries
Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests
Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status
Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process
Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Service Advisor would be valuable but not critical
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Current driver\'s licence
Monday to Friday work only; no weekends required
Ongoing training and development
