Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Warkworth for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market. Daily tasks include property showings, client meetings, and negotiating sales agreements. The agent will also stay updated on market trends and manage client relationships with a focus on achieving the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Sales and Sales skills
• Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Real Estate experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local property market in northern Auckland
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven track record in real estate or sales is a plus
