About The Role
At NZ Post, we're transforming how we serve customers and grow our business. To make that happen, we need sharp insights and smart decision-making. That's where you come in. As our Sales Insights & Performance Analyst, you'll be the engine behind sales performance. From tracking our teams KPIs and sales targets, through to forecasting, identifying growth and development opportunities, board reporting and managing incentive schemes, you'll give our sales leaders the information they need to make great decisions.
This role is about more than reporting; it's about shaping the future. By staying connected to our sales teams and understanding the bigger picture of our business strategy, you'll transform data into insights that spark growth and innovation. Your dashboards, analysis, and advice won't just tell a story, they'll help write the next chapter of our success.

About You
You\'re a natural problem-solver who loves turning complex data into simple, actionable insights. Your proactive approach means you anticipate needs, connect the dots, and deliver information that helps sales teams perform at their best. You balance independent deep-dive analysis with collaboration across teams, and you\'re motivated by seeing your work directly shape performance.
You\'ll Bring
A tertiary qualification in business, data analytics, economics, or a related field is preferred.
