THE ROLE
The Account Manager is a Full-Time position, based at Penrose, New Zealand.
Reporting to the Commercial Area Manager, you will be the primary liaison between customers and the company, establishing enduring and mutually advantageous connections with key stakeholders, while actively seeking out products and solutions that align seamlessly with the customer's requirements.
In This Role You Will
Develop and implement strategic plans and manage grow existing accounts.
Retain customers and build strong, trusting relationships.
Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
Provide superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Proactively monitor performance and propose new ideas and processes.
Lead and partner with the sales team to improve performance and reach targets.
Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the Potters business and its offerings.
Cultivate and establish trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring respect and timely execution of tasks.
Hours of work : Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
