We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to support our large-scale solar and BESS projects across Australia and New Zealand. In this key role, you’ll develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment across all project teams. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Construction teams, you’ll help keep projects on track while identifying risks early and supporting effective mitigation strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, update, and manage integrated project schedules aligned with project work breakdown structures and execution methodologies.
- Track progress against timelines, identify risks or delays, and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Generate clear reporting on project milestones, forecasts, and performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support short-term construction planning with look-ahead schedules and forward planning tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AU and NZ to validate schedule inputs and reflect site realities.
- Contribute to process improvements by refining scheduling methods and sharing insights from project learnings.
- Ensure alignment with Health, Safety, and Environment expectations, modelling safe work behaviours at all times.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in project scheduling for infrastructure, construction, or energy projects.Proven ability with scheduling software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).Strong understanding of project milestones, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across remote and cross-functional teams.A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Familiarity with the Australian and / or New Zealand construction market (desirable).Prior experience supporting international or multi-site projects (desirable).Step into a vital role where you’ll play a key part in delivering some of the region’s largest renewable energy projects.
