Retail Manager

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Retail Manager to join our team Awakeri dairy .The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the store independently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities :

• .  Look after the daily running of the liquor store.
• . Open and close the store when needed.
• . Supervise staff to make sure work is done properly and store rules are followed.
• . Hire and train new staff, make weekly rosters, and check staff performance.
• . Make sure the store runs smoothly every day.
• . Check sales and expenses to see how the store is performing.
• .Plan budgets and prepare simple financial reports.
• .Order stock, keep good relationships with suppliers, and get the best prices.
• . Organize promotions to attract new customers and keep regular ones happy.
• . Handle customer complaints politely and make sure customers are satisfied.
• . Always be friendly and helpful to customers.

Requirements :

The successful applicant will receive $32.00 per hour for all hours worked.
