Te Tūranga – About The Role

As a Training Coordinator you’ll be responsible training new staff to our distribution centre and ensuring all newbies are fully trained and signed off.

You’ll also,

• Facilitate cross-training and provide regular feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure pre-employment packs from temp agencies are supplied and all the relevant checks are completed
• Perform site inductions for all new starters to the business
• Participate in the DC Health & Safety Committee as an active member
• Develop, maintain, review all Training SOP’s
• Provide timely corrective advice and guidance to floor staff on a regular basis
• Assist in developing templates and training material
• Maintain and develop effective relationships with stakeholder groups, including managers, members, operators, suppliers, institutional providers and other stakeholders
• Lead and role model the Foodstuffs North Island values
• The roster for this role is Monday to Friday 10 : 00pm to 6 : 30am
