Product Owner - Workday

The Product Owner will be integral to the success of a major undertaking within an enterprise agile environment, focusing on delivering HRIS and Payroll solutions. This role is essential for maintaining clarity and momentum across a significant collaborative effort involving multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will guide teams to ensure that outcomes are achieved effectively, with an emphasis on prioritising work to align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise tasks to maximise value and productivity.
• Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps while maintaining alignment with overarching strategy.
• Manage a transparent backlog that serves as the definitive source of progress tracking.
• Integrate vendor contributions into the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Effectively engage stakeholders, balancing various needs while maintaining a focus on delivering customer and business value.
• Adapt rapidly to changing environments and emerging requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, clarifying the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master.
