Portfolio Activation Manager - 12 Month Contact

You will accelerate segment growth, boost sales, and maximize profit by delivering exceptional brand experiences in an omnichannel environment.

• What would be your key
• Lead the NZ Portfolio Activation Strategy – define, execute, and optimise in-market plans.
• Translate Global / ANZ strategies into tailored customer activations to hit sales targets.
• Manage and optimise the NZ portfolio mix, pricing, promotions, and distribution.
• Maximise ROI on customer investments in partnership with SRM and Key Account Managers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and agencies to deliver impactful in-store activations.
• Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with ANZ and NZ teams to ensure strong alignment and execution.
• University degree in relevant field.
• Experienced Trade / Shopper Marketing, category or sales professional (at least 2 years' experience).
• Experience working in a multi branded and multi-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and build networks.
• Experience presenting to & influencing various audiences & functions.
