We are seeking multiple lawyers to join our busy Property and Commercial teams in Tauranga. These roles vary in seniority and focus, offering exciting opportunities for lawyers with 2–6 years’ PQE.
These opportunities include a range of work including;
- Commercial property – acting for landlords and property owners;
- Property transactions – residential, commercial, rural, and subdivisions (private, commercial, industrial);
- Rural property – including work in the kiwifruit industry;
- Business transactions – sale and purchase of businesses and shares;
- Business structuring advice - a particular focus on shareholder agreements;
- Estate Planning & Asset Protection – establishing and maintaining succession structure;
- Local Authority Work – legal support for councils and public entities;
- Māori Land Law – with a focus on commercial and property transactions.
What We’re Looking For :
NZ-admitted lawyers with 2–6 years’ PQE;Strong property law experience and commercial acumen;Trust and estate planning knowledge is a plus;Has knowledge of concepts and structures around how financing, mortgages and securities work;Property / conveyancing experience;Strong client service orientation and a desire to add real value to every client interaction;Strong work ethic;Excellent communication, written, analytical and transaction management skills; andDown to earth and collaborative interpersonal style.What We Offer :
