We’re now looking for a Restaurant and Hotel Duty Manager to join our dedicated team. Who we need
We’re seeking a Restaurant and Hotel Duty Manager with the following qualifications and skills :
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management, or Hospitality, or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
- Hold a valid Duty Manager Licence, LCQ certificate.
- Familiar with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel management systems, including RMS, Clarity, and SAP.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A good work ethic and professional attitude
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and bilingual campaign coordination will be an advantage.

Oversee daily hotel operations, including reservations, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Supervise bar, restaurant, and event activities, maintaining high service and quality standards.Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction.Monitor compliance with liquor, health, safety, and company regulations.Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and maintain team morale.Manage financial procedures, including daily banking, reporting, and cost control.Support digital marketing and brand promotion across platforms such as WeChat, TikTok, and Instagram to increase visibility and bookings.Utilise hotel management systems (RMS, Clarity, SAP) for efficient operations and data management.If you are a creative and passionate Restaurant and Hotel Duty Manager who’s ready to join us, please apply with your CV.
