Santa Maria College is a Catholic Girls’ Secondary School enriched with the tradition of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan catering for over 800 students from Year 7–12. The Year Level Village Leader will oversee the day-to-day running of the Y9 cohort, creating a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment. This position is fixed term for 2 years and includes an ongoing Teaching position with Mathematics and Science as the main methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Year 9 village; create a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment for students in the year level.
• Serve as the first point of contact for year level matters and work closely with students, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain an ongoing teaching role with Mathematics and Science as the main subject areas.
