Responsibilities

• Your part to play;

Elevate your sales game utilising the Challenger Sales methodology

Advocate for your market, work in partnership with the wider Figured teams to solve market challenges, drive product improvement and go-to-market strategies

Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth NZ on key deals and execution of market strategy

Maintain a proactive hands-on approach to generating sales leads and developing a sales pipeline

Develop close working relationships with key partnerships such as Xero

Qualifications

Experience with the Challenger sales methodology - if you know, you know

For enterprise and mid-market solution sales, you must be seasoned in B2B tech sales, preferably SaaS.

Expertise in qualifying sales opportunities and generating a strong pipeline.

Understanding of a long-term sales cycle, with an ability to demonstrate, coach, and mentor a client into a sale.
