Te Maire St Francis of Assisi Catholic school is a Y0–8 school in Mairehau, Christchurch.

We are looking to appoint 1 fixed-term teacher. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and innovative, with a commitment to raising student achievement.

The successful candidates will be committed to Catholic education and the values of our school.

Applicants must hold a current practicing certificate, and be NZ registered. The successful applicant will be expected to support and uphold the special character of the school.

Responsibilities

• Teach in Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8).
• Teach the following subjects : English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts.
