You've got at least two years' experience under your belt and know your way around a fast-paced kitchen.
You're proud of the food you serve, you care about consistency, and you're not afraid to get stuck in wherever needed.

Responsibilities
Support the kitchen brigade on the food line during service to keep the pace and quality high.
Assist with preparing and plating dishes to ensure consistency and presentation standards.
Be flexible and ready to take on tasks across the kitchen as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role; confidence and capability in kitchen duties.
Prides themselves on the food served and a commitment to consistency.
