Join Powerco's Corporate Services team and help keep our offices running smoothly.
Are you a proactive, people-focused team player who enjoys keeping things organised and making a workplace hum?
Powerco is looking for an Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Palmerston North and Whanganui offices.
You'll be the go-to person on-site for all things office-related – from welcoming visitors and coordinating events to keeping systems, supplies, and processes running efficiently.
This is a hands-on role that combines administration, coordination, and problem-solving, helping our people stay focused on what they do best.
You'll also provide support to our Corporate Services and Property and Fleet teams, assisting with purchasing, logistics, and local projects.
No two days will be the same – you'll need to think on your feet and pitch in where needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need :
Experience in administration or office coordination (office management experience a bonus)
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
Great communication and customer service skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems (SAP experience an advantage)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
A practical mindset and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
About the role :
Supporting the smooth daily operation of our Palmerston North and Whanganui offices
Coordinating office logistics, supplies, and visitor experiences
Managing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor forms in SAP
Helping organise local events and team activities
Providing administrative support to Facilities and Fleet teams
Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture
