As a Schedule Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining seamless operations by effectively managing staff schedules.
Your primary responsibilities include :
Building Strong Relationships : Establishing and nurturing trust with Support Workers and Service Managers to ensure smooth roster coordination.
Efficient Communication : Engaging in regular phone interactions with Support Workers to manage rosters and address short-notice sick leave requirements promptly.
Adaptability in High-Pressure Situations : Demonstrating creative problem-solving, resilience, and composure to meet deliverables amidst unforeseen challenges, ensuring uninterrupted services for the individuals we support.
Previous scheduling or rostering experiencedesirable but not required, full training will be provided.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.
Confident with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, with a proven track record of picking upnew systems quickly
The ability to plan your work efficiently, work within a high-pressure environment and to solve problems as they arise quickly
The ability to build positive professional relationships with others to achieve desired outcomes
