What you'll do (Responsibilities)
Execute Operations & Lead Team : Follow routines for accurate, on-time process completion and lead your "swarm" to ensure work is done correctly.
Manage Workforce & Development : Assist with optimised scheduling, oversee multiskilling, recruitment, succession planning, and lead onboarding and training.
Champion Safety & Compliance : Promote a safe and healthy environment by following protocols, reporting hazards, and monitoring compliance procedures.
Resolve Issues Proactively : Timely escalating process-related issues to your Function Lead for quick resolution.
Contribute to Store Leadership : Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and foster team collaboration through "Better Together" connections.
