Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.

Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and "swarm" to ensure efficiency.

Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.

What you'll do (Responsibilities)

Execute Operations & Lead Team : Follow routines for accurate, on-time process completion and lead your "swarm" to ensure work is done correctly.

Manage Workforce & Development : Assist with optimised scheduling, oversee multiskilling, recruitment, succession planning, and lead onboarding and training.

Champion Safety & Compliance : Promote a safe and healthy environment by following protocols, reporting hazards, and monitoring compliance procedures.

Resolve Issues Proactively : Timely escalating process-related issues to your Function Lead for quick resolution.

Contribute to Store Leadership : Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and foster team collaboration through "Better Together" connections.

Process Excellence & Learning : Demonstrate strong ability in process excellence and a commitment to continuous learning.

Collaborative Partnerships : Excel at building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with other functions and stakeholders.

Effective Team Leadership : Lead teams, delegate tasks, monitor progress, coach, provide feedback and motivate members.

Compliance Expertise & Communication : Expert in compliance within your function and exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate tasks and standards.
