We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Construction Operator to join our dynamic team based in Dunedin or Balclutha. Key Responsibilities

• Operate in & around "in-ground" services.
• Operate a range of construction equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient practices are followed at all times.
• Undertake a variety of construction tasks including site preparation, excavation, trenching, backfilling, and materials handling.
• Assist in general labouring duties to support project progress and meet deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and promptly report any faults or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to achieve project goals and standards.
• Abide by all company health & safety policies and contribute to a safety-first culture on site.
