Role
In this role, you will provide a single point of contact for end users for all technology support requests and services and are a part of the Technology Operations team responsible for all corporate hardware (laptops, monitors, mobiles, printers, etc.), operating systems, and applications. As the face of our Technology team, your exceptional customer service skills, technical knowledge, and a genuine desire to learn will ensure that we provide the best end-user experience to staff and customers.
To be successful in this role you will thrive on problem-solving while investigating and diagnosing technology issues. Your ability to multi-task and manage your time will also be critical in this dynamic environment with plenty of exciting changes occurring within the business. This is an office-based role in our National Office in Dunedin; applicants will need to be located in Dunedin or looking to relocate.
