Join our energizing team and make a difference to the sleep health of many New Zealanders as part of your daily routine.

Let's discuss responsibilities :

As a Sleep Coach, you will work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional customer service, maintain high standards, and drive revenue, business growth, and market reputation.

You will need to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Achieving sales targets and recommending ways to improve service and practice standards.

Coaching customers on managing their Sleep Health journey, providing recommendations, and determining the best course of action.

Participating in product knowledge and training programs.

Following up with clients, preparing, and sending reports.

Maintaining the clinic's appearance, including stock management, filing, and cleanliness.

Maintaining trial equipment through proper reprocessing and checks.

Communicating effectively with third parties when required.

Let's talk about you :

To succeed, you should have :

At least 2 years' experience in a busy retail or customer service role.

Experience with administration, visual merchandising, POS, cash management, and attention to detail.

The ability to stay calm and compassionate under pressure.

Strong, adaptable communication skills.

Active listening skills and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of MYOB or MedTech is advantageous.

A healthcare or pharmacy background is preferred.

You should be eager to learn new skills and interested in building a career in this exciting industry.
