We are a team of 120-130 attendants.The role involves walking up to 15km per day, lifting items up to 10kg and pushing patients on beds or other mobility equipment.

You need to be very fit to succeed in this roleAll attendants need to be available to work a rotating rosterKey responsibilities : Transport of patients, mortuary transfers, blood collection, cleaning defined areas, mail sorting / deliveries, removal of rubbish and linen.Provide customer focused support to patients and their family / whanau.Click here to view the position description.About the Team / ServiceWe are an essential and diverse team that works throughout the hospital across all specialities, supporting all clinical staff to maintain good hospital flow.

We are in the front line to meet and greet hospital patients and are the last to see them out.
