The Opportunity
Step into a career that makes a real difference! Asteron is seeking a Trainee Case Manager to join our dynamic claims team in a full-time, permanent role. This is an exceptional entry‑level opportunity for someone ready to launch their career in the life insurance industry. You’ll be trained to assess and manage low-touch and non-active disability claims, working within our trusted claims philosophy to deliver outstanding service and support to our clients.
In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with claimants, guiding them through recovery and return-to-work plans with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You’ll learn to interpret policy definitions, evaluate medical and financial evidence, and contribute to the smooth progression of claims. With strong communication and problem‑solving skills, you’ll become a key player in ensuring our clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management, and a genuine ability to connect with vulnerable individuals. Prior claims experience is a bonus—but not essential. If you’ve worked in customer service or admin and are ready to grow, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to help you thrive.
