Based in Auckland CBD.About The RoleWe are looking for a talented UX / UI Designer for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support key retail campaigns, including major seasonal events and product launches.
This role is urgent and requires someone who can hit the ground running.As the sole UX / UI Designer within the marketing squad, you'll be responsible for : Designing and optimising product pages and buy-journeys.Using tools such as Figma to prototype, test, and refine design solutions.Reviewing and improving past campaigns to inform future work.Partnering with marketers, developers, and external agencies to deliver smooth customer experiences.Applying usability testing, journey mapping, and analytics to guide design decisions.You'll report directly into the Marketing team and work closely with cross-functional squads to ensure the e-commerce platform performs at its best.About YouYou'll bring : 3–4 years' experience in e-commerce UX / UI, covering both research and design.Strong skills in Figma and comfort working with analytics tools to assess performance.Proven ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Experience with usability testing, journey mapping, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (bonus if you've worked with catalogue systems).
