'A better day, every day'ResponsibilitiesCommunity-Based Assessments : Evaluate support workers\' care practices (e.g., handwashing, moving and handling).
Provide in-field guidance to improve skills and ensure compliance with policies.Organize and lead workshops to enhance worker competencies.Collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams.Advanced Client Care : Deliver complex care and specialized tasks (training provided).
Team Development : Offer on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced workers.Positive, can-do attitude and experience in behaviour management is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (training provided).
Able to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., Palliative Care, Home-Based Nursing, Support Worker Coordination).
Must have a full or restricted New Zealand driver\'s license.Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate (or equivalent), or Level 3 with a plan to complete Level 4.Career force Assessor Qualification is a plus.At least 12 months\' proven experience in a Support Worker role.Why Us?
