We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work within our Community Services.We are seeking a Community Support Worker who is available to work Monday to Friday with alternate weekends between 8.00am and 7.30pm in Bluff.What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible within their homes and community.
You will help our clients achieve their goals and reach their potential through both practical and emotional support.Responsibilities can be varied and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below : Meal preparationCommunity outings and integrationGiving medicationPersonal cares (showering, toileting etc)Home managementWhat's in it for you?
