Full time role for our Invercargill - Waihopai Supported Living Service We are delighted to be seeking a full-time Permanent Reliever Support Worker to join our Supported Living team based in Invercargill - Waihopai.

About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga As a Permanent Reliever Support Worker in our Supported Living services you will be available for full time hours with the flexibility to cover all shifts on a rotating roster and when regular staff are not available.

As a Support Worker, you'll walk alongside people who may have faced significant challenges, helping them build resilience, confidence, and self-belief.

You'll be a mentor and guide — encouraging growth, fostering positive connections, and opening doors to meaningful opportunities in their community.

You'll also be part of a supportive, values-driven team that works together to make a real difference every day.

A natural ability to relate to other and build rapport with people we support and other team members is essential along with a strong desire to make a positive difference.

Willingness to complete Health and Wellbeing training and qualifications Have a positive, can do attitude and a great work ethic.

Eligibility to work in New Zealand and have a valid work visa with a minimum of 12 months until expiry.
