About the Role
The Senior Advisor will lead or support the delivery of Hauora Māori outcomes analysis by using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, and developing culturally aligned performance frameworks. They will contribute to a health outcomes framework, prepare reports for leadership, provide high-quality advice, and lead or support key projects to improve services and outcomes for whānau.

As the Hauora Māori Service of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) our core role is to ensure New Zealanders have better and more timely access to health care. About you
You bring extensive experience in data analysis and performance monitoring, with deep expertise in research and outcomes frameworks. Having held senior-level roles, you effectively support teams in service delivery, business transformation, and system-wide improvements. Your strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its relevance in health ensures your work is culturally responsive and aligned with Māori health aspirations.
