Are you a driven and strategic professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering results? We’re looking for a Southern Territory Manager to join our team and take ownership of our South Island operations, preferably based in Christchurch.
About the Role
As the Southern Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and growing our presence across the South Island. You’ll manage key customer relationships, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across your territory. This is a field-based role with regular travel, offering autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact. Strong preference given to those with experience in the Outdoor Power Equipment industry or adjacent industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and support a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with national teams to align strategy and share insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
About You
Proven experience in territory or regional management, preferably in a field-based role.Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Comfortable with travel across the South Island.Based in or willing to relocate to Christchurch.What We Offer
