Reporting to the Manager – Marketing, the Marketing Specialist, will lead and manage marketing strategies and campaigns across our major property development projects. This role is pivotal in driving sales and advertising initiatives, ensuring our marketing efforts deliver strong engagement and ROI.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that enhance brand presence and support project success. Property marketing experience is highly advantageous.
