We are a growing yoga and wellness studio dedicated to helping people achieve balance, strength, and mindfulness through movement. As we expand our brand presence, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and help share our story.
Job responsibilities :
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the yoga studio’s brand awareness, attract new members, and strengthen customer retention. The role involves managing brand design, website content, social media presence, marketing campaigns, and community collaborations to support business growth.
Key Duties :
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies in line with business objectives
- Design and maintain the studio website and online content
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns and events
- Create and manage social media and digital marketing content to attract potential clients
- Develop lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
- Coordinate collaborations and partnership promotions
- Manage member engagement, retention, and loyalty programs
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to improve results
Job Prerequisites :
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing or Communication is requiredMinimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing may substitute the qualificationPrior experience in the wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industry preferred but not essentialStrong skills in branding, content creation, and social media managementProficiency with design tools and digital marketing platformsExcellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
