Responsibilities
Commercial business partner supporting Sales and Marketing functions
Develop insights and analysis to support strategies and create growth
Highbrook location, hybrid working options, free parking onsite
Report to our Commercial Manager, partner with Sales and Marketing Directors and senior leaders to provide comprehensive commercial insights and advice across both departments
Be a challenger and bring new ideas and insights to generate strategies that support sales growth and product evolution
Collaborate and support the functions by developing strategies and insights to drive growth initiatives
Assist with the implementation and tracking of sales and marketing campaigns and provide oversight of commercial business cases
Bring your commercial expertise and strong partnering approach to optimise performance and strengthen growth across our Sales and Marketing functions
Provide commercial expertise, advice and support to both our Sales and Marketing Directors as they generate strategy and execute tactics.
Work alongside our Sales Leadership team
Guide sales target development, incentives, resourcing and performance reporting
Use external sources to add market intelligence and insight into market and performance discussions
Oversee and set standards that support an efficient and effective business case review process
Bring ideas and energy to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Champion sales gap closing initiatives
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand and optimise channel performance
Pro-actively review the business units supported, and put forward recommendations for improvements, profit enhancement, and performance optimisation
What you will bring
Minimum 7 years' relevant commercial experience, preferably within a medium to large multinational organisation
Broad commercial knowledge
Strategic thinker with demonstrated pragmatic input across all business areas
Demonstrated experience in contracts and other negotiations
Proven experience presenting financial information to business stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
