About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in All of Government (AOG) and ICT, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from building client relationships and identifying opportunities, through to sourcing talent and delivering successful placements. You'll work with clients to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored solutions, while supporting candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Managing a portfolio of new and existing clients
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Sourcing high-quality candidates from multiple channels
• Running end-to-end recruitment assignments confidently
• Continuously growing your desk and uncovering new opportunities
• Understanding clients' needs to deliver exceptional value

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (IT sector experience will be an advantage)
• Strong relationship management and business development skills
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
• A collaborative mindset with ownership of individual results
