We specialise in scaffolding, rope access, rigging, and integrated engineering services for the energy, infrastructure, and heavy industry sectors.We're growing and we're looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager who's skilled at opening doors, creating opportunities, and building lasting client relationships.The Role : As the Engineering Business Development Manager, your main focus will be identifying and securing new business within industrial and infrastructure sectors.

You'll take a strategic, hands-on approach to developing new accounts and expanding our client base.Key Responsibilities : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in engineering and industrial markets.Build relationships with key decision-makers and convert leads into long-term clients.Prepare and present tailored proposals and capability statements.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet growth targets.Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs.Actively promote ISS's full service to maximize client value.
