Social Media & Brand Growth Manager – Healthcare Sector

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to own our marketing function and help us grow our brand and patient base.

The Role
This is a broad and dynamic part-time role (20 hours per week) where you’ll get to shape strategy while staying creative in the day-to-day. You will manage all our marketing initiatives, lead the charge on our digital growth and social media, create high-quality, engaging content, and see your work directly contribute to the success of our clinics.
What You’ll Do
Plan & Execute Campaigns – Develop and deliver marketing strategies across digital, social, and community channels.
Run Ads That Work – Manage campaigns such as Google AdWords, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more, tracking performance and ROI.
Create Content That Connects – Produce blogs, newsletters, marketing materials, and social-first video content that educates, inspires, and engages our patients.
Maintain And Optimise Our Website : Update WordPress content, support SEO improvements, monitor analytics, and enhance conversion rates.
Manage & Grow Our YouTube Channel – Assist in the production of high-quality video content, build subscriber engagement, and optimise for reach.
Lead Creative Production – Edit videos, manage photography, oversee digital assets, and design on-brand marketing materials.
Design and Optimise Funnels – Build lead generation and patient acquisition funnels that convert interest into bookings.
Optimise Our Online Presence – Maintain and improve our website, SEO, and analytics to boost visibility and conversions.
Leverage AI Tools – Use AI-powered platforms to streamline workflows, accelerate content creation, and deliver campaigns efficiently.
Support New Clinic Launches – Drive local growth with targeted campaigns and community outreach.
What You’ll Bring
3–4 years’ Marketing Experience (healthcare, wellness, or professional services an advantage).
Strong Skills Across Digital Platforms : Google Ads, SEO, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Canva, TikTok, and YouTube.
Confidence With AI Tools — using them to spark ideas, be efficient with time and support copywriting, optimise campaigns, and streamline reporting.
A Creative Eye - for design, video, and storytelling.
Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills — with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Strong Business and Commercial Acumen — able to align marketing activity with patient growth, ROI, and clinic goals.
Highly Self-motivated, Organised, and Pragmatic — a hands-on marketer who gets things done.
