Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Manager, you are responsible for overall store performance including customer service, sales, policy compliance, stock control, people competency & performance, and store presentation.
Lead by example to meet daily targets for sales made ($), Items per sale (IPS), Customer satisfaction, Transaction value (AoV).
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Retail experience, preferably management level.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, sickness cover, and holiday periods.
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates and can manage their expectations.
Experience with retail tech and cash handling.
Manage staff constructively to perform or improve.
Prioritise and complete tasks according to urgency and importance.
