Role
This role provides an opportunity for you to put your excellent customer service skills to use. As part of a wider team, you are responsible for contacting new clients and conducting an initial review over the phone. You will also be responsible for booking in any assessments and visits required by a member of the clinical team. This is a fast-paced administrative position involving strong elements of customer service. This is a Fixed Term Full Time position - Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm until early July 2026 based in our CBD office in Tāmaki Makaurau .
