This opportunity sits in Lend & Protect Tribe which aims to accelerate the financial progress for all New Zealanders, by supporting the engine of NZ's financial progress - New Zealand businesses.

About the role :

The Lend & Protect Tribe is backing our frontline by building products to make banking simpler and easier for our people. We know we can do this by supporting and maintaining the core systems we use today, while building intuitive and effective solutions that will allow us to help our customers into the future.

nCinois the lending platform we have chosen to use for ourbusiness and corporate customers which is cloud based. Itmanages the creation and life cycle of the loan process.nCino isconfigured and built in Salesforce, bringing with it all of Salesforce functionalities and security features.

You'll have the opportunity to get hands-on with some interesting and complex pieces of work that integrate on an enterprise scale. We advocate agile, fully cross functional teams which will take you through all facets of engineering and testing, in any given day. We are looking for a mix of test management, QA, and technical test skills to support the following activities :

• Reviewing requirements and specifications
• Coming up with agile testing strategies and plans
• Verifying and validating functionality being developed
• Writing automated tests
• Analysing and reporting test results
• Working with key stakeholders for testing end to end
• Fostering proactive and continuous improvements within the test team and wider testing community.

About you :

We are looking for an individual that will champion the squad's quality goals. If you have an eye on detail and likes to see how things work, you will have a lot of fun with us. You will work collaboratively with our squads and stakeholders to be the voice of test engineering and deliver products that delight our customers.

We are looking for someone who has :

• 5+ years of software test engineering experience
• Desktop, Web and API Test automation experience with C#(or any programming / scripting language).
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI / CD pipelines.
• Proven knowledge across functional, system, integration, and end to end testing.
• API testing experience using Postman or similar tool.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Good understanding and experience of working using Agile principles.

In addition, the following would be an advantage :

• Certified in ISTQB Fundamentals
• Preferably Accelq Test Automation Tool experience.
• Working knowledge of performance testing preferably in Load Runner
• Experience with CRM applications like SAP, Salesforce etc.
