STAR 4 is a 20-bed rehabilitation ward for patients 16 years and over in the Horowhenua Health Centre, Levin, although most patients are over 65 years old.
It is part of the MidCentral Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation (HAR) Cluster based in Palmerston North and has links to the Community Elder Health Team.
STAR 4 cares for a multitude of health consumers including palliative and end of life.
