Our name, Enliven, is a celebration of our beginnings, our heritage and the values we share.

Our homes and villages are places where older people have companionship, choice, variety, fun, meaningful activity and a sense of purpose.

Being part of our team means the opportunity to share in our values-based approach and be part of a not-for-profit service specialising in the support of our elders.

Most days, when you walk through the doors of Brightwater Home you'll find a hive of activity.

The elders of this well known rest home tell us they enjoy the fantastic social and activities calendar, the companionship and friendly banter and the sense of belonging that comes with this tight-knit community.

Situated in Terrace End in Palmerston North, Brightwater Home is set on attractive grounds with gardens, courtyards and beautiful established trees.

There are opportunities to pick up additional shifts from time to time to cover for leave and absences, so a willingness and flexibility to assist with cover is always appreciated.

As well as a passion for the wellbeing of our elders, you will be enthusiastic, patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills.

You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect, and operate with a person-centred approach and high-quality standards.

We believe it's all about the way we communicate with each other and how we get the job done that counts towards making the difference to everyone's day.
