Food & Beverage Attendant

We are on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Ora Bistro team to ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant, hotel or similar industry setting.
• Be punctual, reliable and able to work on a rotating roster system including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Have proven confidence with wine list and menu knowledge to maximise sales with our guests.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, multi cultural team and bring a can do, positive attitude to work.
• Have a focus on delivering excellent service and providing a positive guest experience, every time.

Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service and ensuring that it meets the guests’ expectation to the highest standard by following hygienic food and beverage handling procedures. This role works with the Ora Bistro and kitchen teams taking accountability on a shift basis for the operations of the outlet through effective people skills, support of revenue initiatives and providing excellence in service.

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant, hotel or similar industry setting.
