Seasonal Retail Consultant | Aesop Auckland

We are seeking new Seasonal Retail Consultants to support our Auckland store team across the Festive Season 2025. You will embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them, welcoming customers into our spaces and deepening their product experience through intentional interactions. You will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience by demonstrating products that address customer needs.

These roles are casual, commencing from September 2025 and concluding in February 2026, with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment based on business needs. Flexible candidates with passion for retail and full availability during October–February are preferred, including late-night and weekend trading hours. On-site working pattern.

• Support store teams to meet the needs of our customers
• Process sales and maintain stock levels that are adequately presented
• Engage with customers to understand needs and guide product choices
