- About the role
- Working in a dynamic and evolving interdisciplinary team within the services covering Older People's Health Rehabilitation Services based at Dunedin Hospital.
- This is an opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise in Older People's Health Rehabilitation for conditions that :
- require a period of rehabilitation
- require an interdisciplinary approach and comprehensive assessment and treatment
- include multiple and / or chronic health conditions, disabilities, injury, strokes, fractures, and declining function related to age and frailty.Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
