• Assist clients and their whanau
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social workers
• Understand interventions and rehabilitation plans to help older people and those with complex disabilities regain independence and remain in their own homes longer
• Focus on rehabilitation and working towards patients' goals, while working closely with their familiesTe Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
