We are a large, urban school for girls, with a current role of 2,300 students. Our expert staff teach towards the national qualification, NCEA, and from 2026, will also offer Cambridge International courses and learning (where appropriate). We have a large co‑curricular programme of sports, visual and performing arts, cultural expression as well as charity and service opportunities. Our staff are expected to take an active role in supporting the co‑curricular programme of the school, by coaching or managing teams and groups.

We are looking for a passionate and professional guidance counsellor to work with and lead our strong team of guidance counsellors. The successful applicant will have had experience in Secondary schools and enjoy working and contributing to a team environment. A commitment to supporting young people to thrive through their teenage years is essential for this role.
