Job Description

l make sales and marketing efforts for regular and short-term rentals

l investigate and resolve any tenant complaints for customer relationship management

l organizing property repairs, daily management and maintenance

l negotiate leases and tenancy agreements

l collect rents and bonds

l review property maintenance, security and tenancy contracts

l Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and optimise profitability, write financial reports

l keep up to date with the real estate market, advise building owners on tenancy law, and the real estate market.

l Participate in property investment planning, providing insights and recommendations

Skills & Knowledge

l Property managers need to have knowledge of :

property inspection and valuation

building methods and materials, and architectural and engineering plans

property laws and local regulations

the real estate market

l Proficient in property management and operation (e.g., Airbnb or Booking.com systems)

l Sales and marketing experience to drive business growth and optimise rental performance

l Strong market awareness and analytical skills, capable of providing data-driven insights for investment decisions.

l Trade skills, such as plumbing or carpentry, may also be useful.

Entry Requirements :

A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Knowledge of accounting and proficiency in common office software.

Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued : real estate, property investment, marketing and sales, customer service, finance, or administration.
