The work includes :

Acting for major New Zealand insurers across professional indemnity, general liability, and D&O insurance.

You'll deal with claims involving barristers, solicitors, accountants, engineers, construction professionals, and real estate agents.

Defending regulatory claims brought by the Commerce Commission and Financial Markets Authority.

Representing private clients—both individuals and corporates—across contractual disputes, competition and fair trading matters, insolvency, banking and finance, trusts, property, and class actions.
